Randy Hare has been a Professional Dog
Trainer for the past 21 years. He has spent the past 12 years in law enforcement and is an
accomplished Narcotics Investigator, Narcotics and Police Dog handler and trainer, and has
trained hundreds of dogs. He has assisted U.S. Customs, the DEA, and the FBI in
several different Narcotics Investigations.
While handling Police Dogs, Hare competed in numerous national and regional
competitions with self trained dogs and either won or finished in the top percentile in
96% of those competitions. These competitions primarily consisted of Narcotics Detection
Dogs and Police Dogs. In 1997 Randy became a certifying official for the National Police
Canine Association. He now certifies Narcotic Detection Dogs for the NPCA and is
recognized as a Certified Trainer under the NPCA's strict standards.
Randy's main function is to insure that Canine Intercept, Inc. utilizes the best
possible personnel in Narcotic Detection Dog Handlers. "At Canine Intercept we
